Sheila Capitosti, Vice President of Clinical and Compliance Services of Functional Pathways and Kimberly Cobaugh, Administrator of The Communities at Indian Haven presented a discussion on The Impact on Avoiding Re-hospitalizations at a Breakfast Seminar held Wednesday, November 13 at the Communities at Indian Haven. Many area administrators, pharmacists, nurses, case managers and social workers, from the area attended.

The Communities at Indian Haven held its First Annual Rehabilitation Alumni Reunion on September 25, 2013. Returning rehabilitation alumni met with staff members and members of Functional Pathways Rehabilitation, in The Communities at Indian Haven’s Courtyard for a picnic and great fellowship.
